By using our services you agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Darrel Technologies, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify Darrel Technologies of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. This includes when accounts are suspended. When an account's invoices are paid outside of the 10 day grace period, invoices will not be automatically generated. However, after the customer notifies Darrel Technologies of his or intent to resume service, invoices will be manually generated and payment expected for the time the account was suspended.

Account Setup

We will setup your account after we have received (full) payment due for your order, and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud.

Bank Deposit Verification / Payment Notification

Darrel Technologies accepts payment via Bank Deposit in Ghana. Clients looking to utilize this payment option are required to complete a Verification form after making payments, in order to notify Darrel Technnologies of any such payments.

Any payments for which we have NOT been duly notified using the bank verification form will be considered unpaid until such a time as when we have been notified of the said payment via the bank verification form. As such, any Invoices, Debit Notes or other Transaction charges linked to such payments will remain unpaid until such a time as we have been duly notified via the bank verification form.

Over Payment and Overages

When you place an order on our site, you receive an Invoice containing the Total Pending amount due for your order. This amount will usually incude VAT + NHIL charges. You are expected to pay the exact amount stated for your order.

If you have "overpaid" for an Invoice via Bank Deposit, you are required to notify us immediately of any such overages via the Bank Deposit form for that invoice.

Note: Darrel Technologies will NOT be held liable for any overages paid via Bank Deposit, unless specifically instructed as to how to handle such overages via the Bank Verification form. We may issue refunds on such overages at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds of any such overages.

For each visitor to our Web Site, our Web server automatically collects visitor information to include their domain name, but not the e-mail address, of visitors to our web pages, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used solely for internal review purposes, used to improve the content of our Web site, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

If any of the services on the website requires you to register or open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with true, current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form, and you will maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, current, complete and accurate.

Darrel Technologies makes no representation that information on this web site are appropriate or available for use in all countries, and prohibits accessing materials from territories where contents are illegal. Those who access this site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

We may collect some infomation about you when you order an item, or create an account on this site. Personal information collected on this site is not shared with any third parties, and is only kept for a while and discarded, if neccessary, after use. We may collect your: name, email address, telephone number and other demographic information neccessary to complete your transaction.

In the advent that information will is required on this website, information use will be governed by the terms stated in our privacy policy

Certain products on our website are subject to a 30-day Money Back guarantee. Should a product order be cancelled within this rebate period, the customer's (online) account shall be credited with the total amount paid for such an order.

The customer may also request a Physical (cash or monetary) refund via bank transfer for a product/service, provided that such a product falls within the rebate period. In the advent of cancellation of an order, and the customer requesting a physical refund for the said product, the total amount paid for any such product shall be subject to a Processing Fee.

Important: Tax Charges (e.g. VAT+NHIL) are non-rufundable

Products and services on display on our website are subject to the Tax regulations of the Republic of Ghana. We offer a variety of payment options for your order include online and offline payment. All offline payments (i.e. via Bank Deposit) in Ghana are subjected to a
VAT + NHIL tax rate of 3.5% of the intial product cost. This amount must be paid in addition to the intial cost.
